The location: Glassdoor, Linked-in, Facebook
The Answer: The familiar phrase “This is my house!” which is traditionally used to exclaim superiority, takes on an additional meaning of teamwork and workmanship when paired with images of Mattamy homes employees.
This celebrated campaign won the ‘Best Employee Branding Award’ at the 2017 Canadian HR awards.
